I am attempting to journal the journey from fat to fit. I started to consider blogging on February the 12th 2010. I spent a long time researching and hemming and hawing about dieting because dieting has failed me in the past. So come June 15th I decided to try Dr. Stillman's.I am not sure what possessed me to try this but I am so tired of being overweight..... we shall see how it all goes!

Size 14....So It Begins!
On Saturday I bought a new pair pants at Costco size 16. They were big so I took them back today. I exchanged them for same brand but a size smaller (size 14) and they fit. They are stretch denim kind from Nine West with "tummy slimming front panels." They are a medium rise.
